Via Umberto I 14, 12060 Verduno (Cuneo) Code 004238-AGR-00001
In the year 2000, a new reception and dining facility was born in what was once the farmhouse of the Castle's farmer: Cà del Re.
The old barn with cross vaults of exposed brick has become a large dining room full of atmosphere, dominated by the imposing stone fireplace that always crackles in the cold seasons.
In the inner courtyard, you can find refreshment in the cool garden, shaded by a large cherry tree that allows you to have breakfast outdoors in fine weather
All seven rooms at the agriturismo are elegant, understated, with attention to detail and located in what was once the old barn overlooking the garden.
There is also, for the exclusive use of the property's guests, an infinity pool with a breathtaking view of the hills, to fully enjoy a relaxing experience immersed in the landscape of the Langhe, a Unesco-recognized world heritage site.
Starting from a deep knowledge of the products and producers of the area comes the cuisine of Cà del Re, which draws its strength and goodness from this Km 0 philosophy. The dishes are simple and derived from ancient recipes often handed down by word of mouth and accompanied by the prestigious wines of the Castello di Verduno winery. Everything is prepared by the owners of the establishment, from breadsticks to fresh pasta, passing through breakfast cakes or fruit jams. What Cà del Re offers has the taste of home, family and tradition, with a hint of innovation
Today, Giovanna Bianco and Emiliano Chiapella express in the agriturismo their passion for hospitality and for "things done well," with calm and love. Here you feel like a Guest-Friend in an environment that will welcome each guest as if you have known them forever.
