The agriturismo

Agriturismo Il Cortile, tradition in the heart of the Langhe for an unforgettable vacation.

In a unique setting of vineyards in the town of Diano d'Alba, with a fascinating view of the Grinzane Cavour Castle, a Unesco World Heritage Site.

Surrounded by characteristic and typical villages of the Barolo area, such as Serralunga, Barolo, La Morra, Monforte, the Cortile Agriturismo recalls the memory of the old Langa farmhouses.

Here you can find rooms with bathrooms, equipped with every comfort in a traditional style decor.

In addition, in the evening upon returning from walks or tours through the town, guests can enjoy the specialties of local cuisine in theOsteria Il Cortile.

 

 

The accommodation

The agritourism is located in a family-run establishment dating back to 1912, handed down from father to son to the present day.

The rooms, overlooking the historic villages of the Langhe, are all managed with extreme passion for detail, to ensure maximum hospitality and that feeling of being among friends typical of agritourism facilities.

Open all year round, in a peaceful setting, surrounded by vineyards, you can find the right place to appreciate the quietness typical of Langa nature.

You can visit the typical areas of Barolo, with its historic wineries and castles overlooking the vineyards; discover the dolcetto of the vineyards; and savor the sweet scent of honey with a visit to beekeeping farms in the area.

Activities and surrounding

At the facility, it is possible to relax in the shade of a pine tree, or enjoy the breathtaking view of the setting sun as it fires up Monviso.

For lovers of alpine trekking or simply long walks, you can reach many mountain locations in which to immerse yourself in the history of these places.

Those, on the other hand, who love hill walks are spoiled for choice, including the Barolo trails or the paths dedicated to Beppe Fenoglio, writer and partisan from Alba.
