The Agritourism is a multifunctional educational farm-farm with certified organic production since 1998, all-round (wine, oil, wheat, meat and vegetables). The Farm raises (sheep, goats, cows, pigs, chickens and rabbits); grows wheat, barley, broad beans and peas, all kinds of vegetables, saffron, citrus groves, orchards.
The friendliness and spontaneous hospitality of the owners are those of true Sardinia, and the vacation-stay takes place in a magnificent natural setting that opens onto the Gulf of Orosei visible directly from the rooms. Upon request, the owners are available to organize short lessons with guests on Sardinian cuisine, on preserving products and Sardinian sweets.

The Agriturismo is part of a 65 hectare estate. The buildings are located within a reserved area enclosed by stone walls of four hectares where wild olive trees and typical Mediterranean plants grow lushly. The farm is 4.5 km from Orosei and 6 km from the sea, which is directly visible from the rooms, the restaurant and the large veranda surrounded by olive trees.
Roasts of: lamb, pork and kid are prepared on sight in the barbecue, also available to guests there are a large playground, rest areas in the cool olive groves and 10 houses recently built (2003/09), all with a veranda, furnished with table and chairs, with sea views of the Gulf of Orosei. Each house consists of entrance hall, double or triple room, bathroom and has a refrigerator, fan, private parking surrounded by flowers and Mediterranean (myrtle, rosemary and arbutus, lentisk and sage inebriating the rooms).
The services offered are half board with lunches served on the veranda among the olive trees and tasting of organic products of the company, handmade pasta every day, cakes, jams, meats and vegetables also in oil and pickles. You can use some bikes for walks and you can organize educational trails on the preparation and preservation of products.
The restaurant consists of a large open veranda surrounded by olive trees, where the scents of myrtle and lentisk, rosemary and arbutus cheer the cool and breezy summer evenings. In the evening a fresh mistral breeze accompanies guests to dinner, the windows of the rooms, equipped with mosquito nets, appropriately left open welcome the scents of the bush inside the accommodation, to inebriate with the intense scents of the nights of the Bio-Vacanze in Su Birde.
The company is open all year round, by reservation organizes banquets, events and ceremonies. The rooms are equipped with warm sheets, blankets and duvets for the winter, a good insulation coat of all accommodation, ensures cool in summer and warm in winter.
