TERMS AND CONDITIONS The rates refer to overnight stay with breakfast. Cleaning is included and is carried out every 4 days. Towels are provided and changed every four days. Bed linen is provided and changed once a week. Accommodation in a double room with en-suite facilities (bathroom with shower), refrigerator, hairdryer, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi Minimum stay of 7 nights. TOURIST TAX: The tourist tax of the municipality of Olbia is calculated separately and must be paid on site.
Check-in: from 12:00 PM and from 4:30 PM to 10:30 PM Accommodations are available from 12:00 PM. Guests arriving early can still leave their luggage at the farmhouse. The staff will take care of it and will deliver the accommodation key if possible. Check-out: by 10:00 AM On the day of departure, we ask that the accommodations be made available by 10:00 AM, in order to allow the timely handover of the room to new guests. -Notify of any food allergies and intolerances at the time of booking -Children from 4 to 10 years old (staying in the room with their parents) receive a 50% discount.* It is specified that discounts for children apply only and exclusively in the case of staying in the room with the parents (two adults).

RESTAURANT INFORMATION: Half board is not available in our service, as our restaurant offers a fixed typical menu that remains unchanged every evening. However, it is possible to book, for our staying guests, two or three different dinners (in order to taste the typical dishes present in the fixed menu), each consisting of a first course, second course, dessert, water, and wine at the cost of 25 euros per person (JULY/AUGUST 30 EUROS). Alternatively, if you prefer, you can book a complete typical Sardinian dinner at the cost of 50 euros per person. The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays. Reservation is always required for dinner.
