Check-in: 4 pm - 10 pm
Check-out: 8 am – 11 am (unless otherwise arranged)
Booking conditions: a 30% deposit is required via bank transfer
Payment conditions: balance in cash, by cheque, bank transfer or credit card (American Express not accepted).
Apartments: security deposit €100 on check-in per apartment. Refundable subject to checks, within 30 days of check-out; bed linen and towels are available at an extra cost
Rooms: rooms will be cleaned if vacated before 11 am; towels are changed every 3 days, bed linen once a week.
Policy for cancellation prior to check-in: up to 15 days prior to check-in, no penalty (during August, cancellation must take place at least 30 days prior to check-in); between 14 and 5 days prior to check-in your deposit will be retained in full, within 4 days of check-in or in the case of a no-show, the total stay cost will be payable.
