Balance
Payment of the balance is made directly at the facility with the farmhouse managers. Prior to arrival at the facility, the owner will directly request guests who have made an online reservation to provide their card details as a guarantee. All guests are requested to cooperate and communicate the required data directly from the farmhouse.
Cancellation
It is possible to cancel the reservation up to 3 weeks before arrival.
Housekeeping
Room cleaning and change of bath and bed linen is done every 3 days.
Covid 19 Protocols used:
WELCOME
- We adopt automated registration systems (self check-in)
- Items provided to guests (keys...) are sanitized before each use and provided bagged;
- Housekeeping staff are provided with personal protective equipment (disposable gloves, mask, cap and suitable footwear to be sanitized) as needed
- The manager and attendants are adequately informed and trained with respect to the behavior to be maintained and the measures to be put in place in the event that a person present within the farmhouse has a fever and symptoms of respiratory infection
LODGINGS AND COMMON AREAS-
Compliance with interpersonal distance and other measures and instructions given by the authorities is facilitated by informational signs and/or demarcation of spaces
- We provide guests with one or more
stations with hand sanitizing gel and gloves
- In common areas, floors, furniture and all items that come into repeated contact with guests (handles, pushbuttons...) are cleaned and sanitized at least twice a day
- Accommodations, with their keys, are sanitized, as well as cleaned, before welcoming a new guest
FOOD AND DRINKS
- Tables are placed so that guests are at least one meter apart, except for family units or persons sharing the same accommodation
- Tablecloths or tablecloth covers are replaced each time a guest changes
- Food is administered with table service
- All plates, cutlery and glasses are washed and disinfected in the dishwasher, including unused plates, cutlery and glasses, if
there' there is a possibility that they have been touched by guests or staff
