Noto (Syracuse) Code 19089013B520667
In a region rich in archaeological sites, surrounded by olive and almond trees, this green oasis stands just on the edge of the Vendicari Reserve, 2 km from Eloro beach, where you'll find around 1 km of fine white sand and turquoise blue sea, 2.5 km from the beaches of the Noto Lido, and 4 km from the centre of Noto.
Developed with maximum respect for the environment, in a carefully thought-out green building project, the agriturismo uses renewable energy sources for heating and cooling its interiors, produced by a photovoltaic system and solar panels on the roof of the main house.
At this agriturismo, the spaces, the materials, the energy supply, even the additional technologies are designed to be sustainable and reduce environmental impact. In keeping with tradition, soft Noto stone, light clay tiles and hard Modica limestone all feature in the property. The agriturismo is actually a renovated old country house, where the almonds grown on the land were once processed. The interiors are modern and minimalist in style.
The guest rooms all have their own access, and independent heating and air conditioning systems. You can choose from Standard or Superior, depending on the size you require. Some rooms spread over 2 floors, and others are on one level, and all rooms include their own private outdoor space with table and sofas. Superior rooms are ideal for a family with 2 children (cots available on request).
The agriturismo is just 2 km from the north entrance to the Vendicari Reserve, an enchanting nature oasis spanning 1512 hectares, located between Noto and Marzamemi in the province of Syracuse, home to some of the most beautiful beaches on the Ionian Coast. The unspoilt, crystal clear sea has been awarded 4 "blue sails" by Legambiente. The surrounding area, dotted with lemon, olive and almond groves and age-old carob trees, are perfect for bicycle rides (bikes are available free of charge) or exploring on foot.
