Check-in and check-out Unless otherwise agreed, the apartment must be delivered by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure and arrival is expected after 2.00 p.m.
Terms of payment and extra services Payment can be made in cash if the total does not exceed the 'amount of Euro 999.00.- or by bank check. If the total amount of the tax receipt exceeds the amount of Euro 999.00, the payment must be made through banking channels. such as bank check or bank transfer.Payment of the amount due is also to be made in case of cancellation of the reservation made in the period of 30 days before the scheduled arrival.

The use of the sauna is chargeable.
Use of the underground garage is included in the price subject to availability.
For each additional bed in the apartment: surcharge of 6.00 € per night in low and mid season, and 7.00 € in high season.
For children up to the age of 3 years a 50% discount is applied.
For stays up to 3 days a surcharge of 25.00 € for 1-bedroom apartments and 30.00 € for 2-bedroom apartments for final cleaning applies.
