The farm is set amidst a landscape of vineyards and orchards, in a sunny location with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. Cornaiano is an old, picturesque wine-growing village, the sunniest of the southern South Tyrolean villages.
From the farm it is only a 5-minute walk to the village center, which offers stores, bakeries, bars and restaurants.
The farm has 2 apartments, for non-smokers; if you feel like it, you can indulge in a cigarette in the garden or on the balcony.
The Gschleier apartment is on the third floor, in the attic, and measures 55m². It offers a lovely view of the castles of Eppan and the Mendel mountain range. To the north, the border ridge is visible.
The apartment also has a balcony and can accommodate 2 to 4 people

It is newly built and has a stove with 4 hotplates, oven and extractor hood, refrigerator with small freezer, worktop, tableware, cutlery and glassware, kitchen utensils, toaster, coffee maker and kettle, dishwashing detergent and dishcloths, dining area, domodo sofa with coffee table, television with satellite system, radio, Wi-Fi fee, safe; bedroom (sleeping area) with double bed 180x200 cm, with comfortable mattresses, bedside tables, 1.50 m wide, three-door closet with mirror inside, bed linen; bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, towels.
The Vernatsch apartment is located on the second floor and measures 56m². It offers a lovely view of the castles of Eppan and the Mendel mountain range. To the north, the border ridge is visible.
From the east-facing bedrooms, the view extends from the village of Cornaiano to the Dolomites. The apartment also has a balcony and can accommodate 1 to 6 people. It is newly built and has a stove with 4 burners, oven and extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator with small freezer, countertop, tableware, cutlery and glassware, kitchen utensils, toaster, coffee maker and kettle, dishwashing detergent and dishcloths, dining area, comfortable sofa with coffee table, TV set with satellite system, radio, Wi-Fi for a fee, safe; 2 separate bedrooms each with a double bed 180x200 cm, with comfortable mattresses, bedside tables, 1.50 m wide, three-door closet with mirror inside, bed linen ;bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and towels.
With respect to people with allergies, animals are not allowed. However, the managers have a Labrador dog, Laika (9 years old). She is very playful, affectionate, but also quiet (hardly ever barks). She runs free in the yard only when the handlers are close, if not she is behind the house (for children who are afraid of dogs).
A fresh bread service is offered (at the store price - Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays).
An herb garden has been created for guests.
A roof garden with garden furniture, a playground and partly covered parking spaces, including for bicycles, are available to guests.
For a small extra charge, it is possible to use the washing machine.

The botanical gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle and the famous promenades of Merano are definitely worth a visit.
In Bolzano , you cannot miss the Via dei Portici, Piazza delle Erbe, Walther Square and the Archaeological Museum with the Similaun mummy. Bolzano is the ideal city for lounging and shopping in the elegant old town, stopping for a cappuccino, philosophizing, and enjoying the views of the Schlern and Rosengarten Dolomite massifs. For as many as 200 days a year it is possible to eat outdoors, enjoying specialties born of the delicious marriage of Italian and Tyrolean cuisine.
Bolzano can also be a starting point for driving the Great Dolomite Road, discovering a unique natural heritage or for a trip to Lake Garda.
