Breakfast is served in a special room. Every morning, there will be the inevitable apple strudel, various cakes and tarts always freshly baked, sometimes still warm. Coryletum's apple juice is another delicacy that is never missing from the table. There is yogurt, in which it is recommended to put a teaspoon of organic jam, also handmade at the Coryletum home, Trentino honey, butter, fresh bread...And then cereal, fresh fruit, organic apples and cherries, brioches.

For those who like a savory breakfast, there are eggs from the farm's own chickens, sliced meats and cheeses made by trusted local suppliers.
