The agriturismo
The farm is located in Val di Non, on the Predaia plateau, a few steps from the woods.
The structure is ideal both for families with children and for couples looking for contact with nature, peace and relaxation.
It is also an excellent starting point for walks in the pine forest and hiking in the mountains between huts and refuges.
The main activity of the company is the cultivation of apples, blackberries and blueberries, all strictly branded Melinda.
Included in the price, all guests will be provided with the Guest Card Trentino, with which you can enter for free in more than 70 services in the region (museums, parks, attractions ...) and travel freely on public transport throughout the province (city buses, suburban and even trains).
The accommodation
The farm offers 4 apartments (where my guests manage their own meals) and 3 rooms with breakfast service from the names of flowers present in the area, with a panoramic view of Val di Non and the Brenta Dolomites.
The apartment Mughetto has no elevator, no barbecue and no garden.
Breakfast, made with typical and natural products of the farm, is served in a bright and welcoming room and also in the apartments, if requested.
The farmhouse has an elevator, ample parking, a garden with an equipped solarium, a barbecue to prepare tasty grills and a playground for children. Among the services available to guests, not to be forgotten are satellite TV, free internet connection, rental of mountain bikes, trekking poles or snowshoes and storage of ski equipment.
Upon request, visits to the farm are organized to learn the secrets of growing and storing Melinda apples, blackberries and blueberries.
Activities and surrounding
Every year the agritourism organizes an important initiative: Adopt an apple tree; to become farmers for a day and participate in the apple harvest! There are two key periods to fully enjoy this experience:
- Flowering apple trees Val di Non: in Spring-Summer, the farmer accompanies guests for a walk in the apple orchard and tells them about the peculiarities of the territory and the various stages of cultivation. At the end of the explanation, each guest can choose the apple tree he prefers (with some suggestions from the expert).
- Apple harvest Val di Non: on the way back, in Autumn, the guests will collect in a big box the apples of their tree.
Even the immediate surroundings of the farm are full of attractions and activities: a short distance away are the Natural Park Adamello Brenta, Lake Tovel, Brenta Dolomites, Stelvio Park, Canyon Rio Sass, Cayon Novella, Castel Thun, Hermitage of S. Romedio. Muse Museum, Buonconsiglio Castle, Museum of Trentino customs and traditions, Caproni Museum with flight simulation...
