The Borgo Caiano farmhouse with swimming pool has about 10 hectares of land between woods and land cultivated with passion and in perfect balance with nature, which reciprocates with its best fruits.

Blackberries, raspberries, blueberries and white and black currants are grown, small fruits that can be enjoyed fresh or in the form of jams served in breakfasts. The recipes and method of preparation are those of grandmothers that bring back the taste of the good things of the past.

The 'oil, produced in a small olive grove with natural cultivation methods handed down over the centuries from father to son, arrives on the tables in the dining room and guests can enjoy it with a "fettunta."

The cultivation of lavender will allow us in the near future to obtain the essential oil.

The 11 apartments divided into three types (for 2 people, for 3 people and for 4 people) are located within the farmhouse in a family environment, the interiors are carefully furnished rich in materials and details to ensure maximum comfort. They have independent entrances and have exclusive outdoor spaces overlooking the park.

The farmhouse has free wi-fi connection, swimming pool, park, gazebo, barbecue, wood-burning pizza oven, children's playground, large green lawn, free and secure parking for cars and motorcycles with charging station for electric cars, laundry area and reception.

The restaurant is located in the original building, and during the summer months it is possible to eat outside.

The swimming pool enjoys excellent exposure. It has efficient and well-maintained spaces and facilities. It has a depth of 1 m to 1.40 m and an area of 72 sq. m. and is equipped with a shutter closure that is stretched electrically every evening to maintain the warmth of the water. The pool is surrounded by a 500 sq. m. solarium where the various stations (2 sunbeds and a deck chair for each apartment) are located. The water is sanitized with continuous chlorination through a computerized system, several times a day the values are checked on the visual display to ensure peace of mind.

The fenced-in park, crica 3 hectares in size, is well-maintained and full of amenities to offer the ultimate in outdoor living, in contact with nature. You can take a walk, stop at one of the many benches to read a book, challenge family or friends to a game of ping pong, bocce or volleyball, let your dog run around in the 'playground area.

Borgo Caiano Agriturismo creates a real opportunity for those who wish to go hiking during their stay. Guests can start their hike from the property by taking CAI trail No. 52, which connects to the ridge trail 00, or travel by car for a few kilometers to their chosen trail to Valdarno, Chianti or Mugello. There are many loop trails that allow you to walk in the woods, an activity that relaxes and brings you closer to nature and knowledge.

You can also enjoy a magnificent eBike experience; the guide will accompany guests on exciting ridge trails, you will take unforgettable rides in a natural setting of centuries-old beech and fir forests, admire castles and monasteries, and stop for a picnic with local products.

You can also practice sports such as tandem paragliding , horseback riding, fishing in the lake, golf and experience thrills at the adventure park.
