The farmhouse I Salici was born in an old stone farmhouse, originally built in the late 1800s is recently restored, maintaining the revised rural architecture combined with the comforts of the modern world.
Set on two levels, the lower floor is entirely dedicated to the Abate Borromeo Room Restaurant.
The upper floor houses the five suites.
A second building houses the breakfast room on the lower floor in a family environment where you will feel welcomed home and where you can also conduct personalized cooking classes, the Cherry Room.
The first floor is completely dedicated to our Willow Master Suite.
The property surrounded by a 5-hectare fenced park with centuries-old oak trees and olive grove. It offers various paths immersed in nature along with the swimming pool, which reflects the green trees and the thousand reflections of the pristine sky. To tickle your senses there is a sensually scented garden with jasmine, climbing roses, and aromatic plants of rosemary and lavender.
The pantry
is a small room created inside an old wood-burning oven where you can taste local wines, traditional Tuscan cured meats and cheeses accompanied by homemade mustards or honey from the farm's beehives.
Private Dinner
A chef will accompany you along a gastronomic journey in an exclusive setting for you to select from the Milleluci gazebo, dinner by the pool or even in the privacy of your room.
Cooking Lessons
A chef will share his culinary knowledge with you by taking you on a discovery of historical regional traditions or tantalizing you with new combinations, so it will be possible to fully immerse yourself in the deep food and wine tradition that makes Tuscany one of Italy's most renowned regions for its variety of flavors and aromas: one will learn how to choose and use herbs and the most genuine products of the earth to compose the tastiest dishes of the local culture. The deepest lovers of the culinary art will also have the opportunity to extend their Tuscan Cooking Class with a visit to local markets, so they can "touch with their hands" the best products to put in the pot and select seasonal vegetables directly from the park's vegetable garden.
Every day between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. or between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. you can take a Tuscan Cooking Class intended for the preparation of a lunch or dinner that will then be eaten accompanied by locally produced wines specially matched to your preparations on the private terrace overlooking the pool or in case of bad weather in the dedicated dining room where a fireplace will provide the backdrop for your dinner.

Picnic baskets certainly cannot be missed: selection of local pecorino and cheeses, cold cuts from the Norcinerie in our area, fresh vegetables, homemade bread water wine and homemade desserts. You will also receive a soft blanket and mise en place.
Picnic comes from the French word pique-nique (piquer in the sense of "spill" nique "nibble"). By picnic today we mean a frugal snack or lunch in the open country or otherwise in the fresh air in a place far from civilization.
We do not confuse picnic with the sandwich we take to the mountains or the packed lunch we take to the beach. The picnic is almost a ritual for enjoying a day outdoors while being accompanied by good food and maybe even a sip of some good wine.

(14m x 6m - minimum depth 0.8 m - maximum depth 2.5 m). Open from May 01 to September 30, it is equipped with 7 sunbathing islands and a private gazebo that you can reserve to relax on a hot afternoon in the full privacy with a personalized mini-bar, fresh fruit platter and small sweet and savory snacks at your disposal.
