The farmhouse is located on the edge of the oasis of the Valley of Hell, in the heart of Tuscany, between Florence and Arezzo, in an enclave of organic farming, among rows of vines of malvasia, plantations of strawberries and rosehips, medicinal plants and olive groves.

Terracotta floors and beams in perfect Tuscan style make the rooms welcoming and characteristic.
Farmhouse
The ancient structure offers guests several apartments of three different types:
Type 1 (eg. Anemone): on the ground floor with direct access to the park, the apartment of about 55sqm has no architectural barriers and consists of living room with sofa bed and kitchenette (complete with dishwasher and refrigerator), double bedroom, bathroom, safe, satellite TV and video recorder, telephone. Shared laundry room.
Type 2 (e.g. Lillà): on the first floor with a view of the fields, accessed by an internal (private) staircase and characterized by a very particular Tuscan terracotta ceiling. With a width of about 70 square meters, it consists of a living room, two bedrooms with bathroom (one in the attic), kitchenette, satellite TV and video recorder, telephone, safe and wood-burning stove in terracotta. Shared laundry room.
Type 3 (eg. Fiordaliso): on the first floor, corner and overlooking the fields, with access via an original stone staircase, this apartment of about 75sqm is characterized by a very special Tuscan terracotta ceiling and consists of living room, two bedrooms with bathroom, kitchenette, satellite TV and video recorder, telephone, safe and wood stove in terracotta. Shared laundry room.
The offer is completed by: swimming pool with Jacuzzi, meeting room for 20 people, kennel equipped to accommodate four-legged friends.
