The agriturismo
Located overlooking the Val d’Ambra with a panoramic view of southern Chianti. From their dreams, friendship, and passion for nature Luigi Pelaggi and Paolo Rossi created this agriturismo, with organic farming vocation and 90 hectares of forests, vineyards, fruit orchard, and olive grove, grown in full respect of nature’s balances, producing top-quality products like Borgo Cennina wine and Borgaccio oil.
The accommodation
The Resort consists in a renovated group of ancient and lovely rural homes in stone, offering hospitality in various independent structures. The flats are elegantly furnished with local artisan objects, with air conditioning, living room, kitchen, bathroom in bedroom, dishwasher, fridge, and freezer. All flats have their own private garden and/or terrace
with table and chairs.
Activities and surrounding
Sports lovers have a pool with whirlpool nestled in nature, gym, Turkish bath (at a fee), soccer field and tennis court, mountain bike rental. "Cavallo Toscano" stables, 15 km from Poggio Cennina, while half an hour car ride away is "L’Ugolino", Florence’s prestigious golf club. Finally, thanks to its strategic position you can reach the best art cities and most famous restaurants in Tuscany.
