Clients are requested to inform us by telephone should their arrival time be unexpectedly delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Room occupied as a single: + 50% Children 0-5 years of age: free of charge. Children 6-12 years old and adults occupying extra bed: 25% discount.
Dinner (booking required): Complete menu of 5 courses at €22 and for those booking half-board only €20 - drinks not included. Seasonal offers: Christmas, New Year, Easter, 1st November and 8th December Bank Holidays.
How to book To book your holiday with us please follow these instructions: Before booking please check availability using the on-line form, by fax or telephone. Communicating the following information: Total number of people and types of bed required Date of arrival and departure Contact address or number so that we can confirm your booking: home address, e-mail address, fax or telephone number.
Expect and wait for a fax or e-mail confirming your booking. Within a few days you will receive an e-mail or fax confirming your booking. This is accompanied by the instructions telling you how to send a deposit. If you do not receive this confirmation within 2-3 days of your first contact please send another fax or e-mail to ensure that there haven’t been problems with the server. Your booking is valid for 15 days from the date of our written confirmation; within, and no later than this expiry date you should make the payment of the deposit and if you wish you may send a copy of the proof of payment to us via fax or e-mail.
Sending the deposit. Follow the instructions sent to you. The remainder is to be paid on arrival (cash or credit card only). In the case of a cancelled booking on the part of the client, a deposit which has already been paid is not refundable and will be retained by us as a penalty for cancellation. The deposit is refundable only if the cancellation is sent in writing at least 90 days prior to the date of the first day of the stay booked.
