The price also includes: use of the swimming pool (open from May 15 to October 12, 2022) and heating, which can only be turned on from November 1 to April 15 for apartments. Heating before November 1 and after April 15 costs €35 per day per apartment or room.
The price includes bed linen, towels, electricity, water and gas consumption.
Price does not include city tax € 1 per person/night only for the first 6 nights of stay, children up to 16 years old do not pay.
Use of sofa bed € 30 per night or € 160 per week.
Pets are welcome and pay an extra € 25 per stay for final cleaning.
On request we provide baby crib (€ 25 per stay) and high chair (free).
For Villa i Trebbiali, heating is not included and is calculated by consumption with meter.
