The agriturismo

The farm is located in the heart of the Chianti Classico region, just 4 km. from the village of Greve in Chianti, 20 km. from Florence and 45 km. from Siena and can accommodate groups and families up to a maximum of 30 people in its apartments with swimming pool or in the private villa with swimming pool and bathtub with massage; on request we offer breakfast and dinner service as well as cooking classes, pizza workshops, massages and yoga classes. The farm is also a farm with production of wine and oil are therefore possible, visits to the cellars with tasting of the products of the farm. We also organize an e-bike rental service and private tours to nearby cities of art.

The accommodation

Part of the company village are the main Villa, the wine-making cellar, the buildings used for hospitality, the main building with offices and direct sale of products, the olive oil and the other cellar for aging, the woodshed building with the room used for meetings and courses.

Fattoria Santo Stefano's reception is distributed in the apartments and in the Villa furnished in the rustic Tuscan style, some of them have a fireplace; all the accommodations are on the first floor; only one has a beautiful terrace overlooking the vineyard and the wood. The accommodations do not have air conditioning but are equally cool and well ventilated during the hot months.

The swimming pool is surrounded by gardens equipped with tables, chairs and umbrellas as well as fixed and mobile barbecues and is available to guests from morning until evening. All around, as far as the eye can see, the green of the vineyards, olive trees and woods. The village also has the meeting room in the former carpentry shop and the main villa with 7 double bedrooms with air conditioning on the first floor with 2 bathrooms, while on the ground floor 2 bathrooms over 100sqm living room, kitchen, dining area living room with direct access to the private garden and private outdoor swimming pool for exclusive use.

The entire property can accommodate up to 30 people.
