- On check-in day, the apartment will be available from 16:00 to 21:00.
- At check-in there is a mandatory security deposit of € 350 via credit card or cash which will be returned at check-out.
- On the day of check-out, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. If it is occupied after this time, the guest is required to pay the amount of an additional night's stay.
- Upon check-out, the guest will have to pay the Tourist Tax of the municipality of Vinci. The tax is €1 per person per night for a maximum of 6 consecutive nights. Children under the age of 14 are excluded.
- Upon check-out, the guest must obligatorily pay the final cleaning fee, which amounts to € 60 for the Florence and Siena apartments, and € 85 for the Lucca, Pisa and Vinci apartments.
- Linen, bath and room, is changed once a week. On request you can have an additional change of linen at a cost of € 10.00 per person.
- The swimming pool is open from May 1 to October 15 from 9.30 am to 8 pm (subject to maintenance). Before access, it is mandatory to read the "pool regulations".
