Villa La Topaia stands on a knoll overlooking a small valley in which cultivated fields and large wooded areas alternate harmoniously and is ideal for a regenerating vacation in the green and tranquility.
A long and careful renovation has helped to breathe new life into the farm, turning the spaces no longer needed for farming into tourist accommodation.
The management is family-run, with Matteo and Giulia personally overseeing the farm work and the reception.
Since 2022, the farm has been using only 100% energy from green and renewable sources.
Villa la Topaia has as many as eight rooms all with air conditioning and digital TV, so it can accommodate a total of 17 guests.

Merlot grapes, sunflower wheat and hemp are produced on the farm, following the rotations that ancient customs suggest.
The owners of the farm take great care of thefamily garden for the production of fresh vegetables and herbs that are gladly shared with guests.
A separate discourse deserves the small orchard, in which peaches, pears, apples, grapes, berries are grown in a completely natural way, delicious as a fresh product and for the packaging of cakes and other delicacies, which guests can enjoy by consuming at the facility breakfast.
Since 2013, the facility has begun a journey to rediscover the ancient traditions of hemp cultivation in the surrounding countryside of Mugello. From here, they began to cultivate it for food uses and then over the years learned the myriad secrets of growing this age-old plant and the benefits it brings to the daily diet.
Guests are pampered with a breakfast of baked goods, homemade jam , and always fresh and homemade sweets (cakes, cookies) with products from the farm.
The restaurant is open for lunch exclusively for farmhouse guests in June, July and August.
The menu is simple and genuine, characterized by the quality of the raw materials and the seasonality of the products, which come directly from the garden. Recommended products include: hemp ravioli, jams to enjoy with cheeses, and excellent local products. The menu has both quick and light proposals to be eaten poolside such as taglieri and sandwiches, as well as typical Tuscan dishes such as tortelli with homemade meat sauces with vegetarian choices as well. Everything that is not produced on the farm comes from local producers; meat and cold cuts come from Mugello farms.
Villa La Topaia has a space reserved exclusively for our guests, consisting of a swimming pool that is always well maintained, with a sunbathing area and a Lounge Bar for sipping excellent aperitifs in the cool, open air.
In the months of June July and August you can also have lunch at the farmhouse so that you can fully enjoy the day of relaxation by the pool.
At the complete disposal of guests, the outdoor spaces, pool area, bar and lunch services even on check-out day. Luggage will be kept free of charge as the room should be left at the established check-out time.
