The agriturismo
The farm is located surrounded by greenery in a property of about 50 hectares, in which olive trees and vines are cultivated, producing a very fine extra-virgin olive oil and an excellent Chianti wine, according to an ancient farming tradition for generations.
The farm is personally supervised by Aldo Pasquini and his family, both in the production of typical products and in the running of the farmhouse. This is why guests have the opportunity to get in touch with the real Tuscan peasant nature, thus appreciating the simple "healthy living."
The accommodation
The apartments are of different sizes and are located in three areas of the farmhouse: in the central body of the farmhouse and on two barns adjacent to it. They are all recently restored, comfortable and furnished in the typical Tuscan style, which does not stand for a taste, but rather for a rural and simple way of life.
Each apartment has a kitchen with everything you need, satellite TV, washing machine and a space outside under characteristic gazebos where you can have lunch or simply rest in the tranquility and silence of the farmhouse.
FRANTOIO apartment No. 1 is the largest, measuring about 110 square meters. It is located on the upper floor of the farmhouse and consists of 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 triple), 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub), a large kitchen with fireplace and dishwasher, and a living room with TV. Beautiful views of the vineyard and the Arno Valley and private gazebo equipped in the garden, with private barbecue.
MORELLINO apartment No. 2 is about 70 square meters. It is also on the second floor and consists of 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 triple), 1 bathroom with shower and a kitchen. Beautiful view of the pool garden and private gazebo equipped in the garden with shared barbecue.
The apartments LECCINO No. 4 and PENDOLINO No. 5 are located on the lower floor and consist respectively of the first one of 1 bedroom, a kitchen with single bed/sofa, 1 bathroom with shower; the second one of 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 triple), a kitchen with sofa, 1 bathroom with shower. They also have a shared equipped terrace in front of the apartment and shared barbecue.
In the larger barn, on the second floor, we find the apartments TREBBIANO No. 6 and MALVASIA No. 7 consisting of 1 double bedroom, a kitchen with double sofa bed, 1 bathroom with shower. Beautiful views of the vineyard and the Arno Valley. They have a terrace with gazebo on the ground floor with shared barbecue, and loggia on the upper floor.
SANGIOVESE apartment No. 8 is comfortable and consists of 1 bedroom (1 double and 1 single bed and bathroom with shower), kitchen with double sofa bed and 1 second bathroom with shower also for disabled guests. The apartment has legal compliance to accommodate disabled guests. It directly overlooks the characteristic stone "farmyard" from which there is access to the garden with swimming pool.
In front of the apartment there is a large and beautiful loggia where you can have lunch and relax and barbecue in
common.
Apartments VINSANTAIA No. 10 and OLIVAIA No. 11 are located in the smaller barn and in a more secluded area of the farmhouse. In particular, the VINSANTAIA apartment consists of 1 double bedroom accessed by a staircase, being on the upper floor, a kitchen, a living room with TV and double sofa bed, 1 bathroom with shower. The OLIVAIA apartment, although the same size as the previous one, is a whole area with a large brick loft for the bedroom. A large garden and furnished terrace are right in front of the two apartments, which enjoy a beautiful view of the hills leading to Florence.
Activities and surrounding
A few steps from the main building is the hall, furnished in Tuscan style, with a large reading area, Wi-Fi area and an adjacent area dedicated to product tastings and guest breakfasts. The hall is ideal for all sorts of activities and can accommodate up to 20 people. It is flooded with light and opens to all directions of nature.
Azienda Agricola San Jacopo also has an outdoor swimming pool that offers a beautiful panoramic view of the Arno Valley and is surrounded by vineyards, olive trees and lavender plants. Adjacent to the outdoor pool you can also find anarea reserved for children's games.
The farmhouse is located in the open countryside, far from the din of the city, on a plateau of about 50 hectares that overlooks the Arno valley but, at the same time, the location allows you to reach in a short time several historical centers of considerable importance: cultural cities suitable for organizing trips out of town, such as the beautiful Florence, Siena and Arezzo.

Marvelous place. Very warm hospitality by all family Pasquini especially lovely Elise. The 2 rooms flat was very convinient with excellent double bed , fully equipped kitchen and 2 en suit bathrooms. The yard was beautiful with private swimming pool which we enjoyed very much.

We take care of: we welcome the guests, we are responsible for communication, we take care of the crops.
