The agriturismo
Podere Cherzo is located on one of the beautiful Tuscan hills in Cinigiano, 29 km from Saturnia and 33 km from Monte Amiata. You can enjoy beautiful sunsets, overwhelming scents surrounded by unspoiled nature.
Velio and his family await you with exquisite hospitality, with independent and comfortable apartments , a garden and a shared swimming pool .
The accommodation
Podere Cherzo is a typical family farmhouse.
Inside the farmhouse there are three characteristic apartments available: Papavero, Margherita and Girasole with exclusive entrance and private veranda. The apartments are equipped with antique objects of poor art.
The Papavero apartment sleeps 5 including a double bedroom, a double room also equipped with a single bed with a bathroom inside, one with a French bed, another large bathroom and a living room with a fireplace and a kitchen. Private outdoor space with table, hammock and barbecue.
Apartment Girasole has a living area with kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor. A spiral staircase leads to the second floor where there are 3 beds and an additional bathroom. Private outdoor space with gazebo and barbecue.
Apartment Margherita sleeps 2 with kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom. Private outdoor space with gazebo and barbecue.
The garden is shared. It has a small playground for children, relaxation areas, walks to explore the farm, and an equipped swimming pool with panoramic views of the hills.
Inside their pens are Vietnamese pigs, chickens and the family dog, a Maremma shepherd. Free around the farm you will find the two kittens.
In the outdoor areas you can admire vintage equipment and memorabilia served in the past for farm work.
Activities and surrounding
Within 40 kilometers it is possible to reach the art cities Siena, Pienza, Montepulciano and Massa Marittima, visit parks and nature reserves including the Maremma Park and the Monte Amiata Wildlife Park , and finally dive into the sulfurous waters of Saturnia or the clear waters of theArgentario or the Tyrrhenian coast.
