The two cypresses is the name of Podere Campo Gallina Bed & Breakfast - agritourism. The Campo Gallina location dates back to 1123, the farmhouse was built in 1824.

Campo Gallina is located on the outskirts of Santa Fiora,in southern Tuscany, at an altitude of about 400 meters. The property is 5 hectares and has about 280 olive trees. The two rooms of the Bed & Breakfast were made in the old barn and both have a terrace with a private pool.

A highlight of this agriturismo is a rich breakfast buffet.

The two Bed & Breakfast rooms were created in 2023 in the completely renovated "old white barn." The rooms are spacious and modern. The rooms were given the names of UVA and OLIVE, the fruits of their land, from which they produce delicious sweet grape juice and good olive oil,

Both rooms of the Bed & Breakfast are air-conditioned and consist of a large sleeping area and a spacious bathroom. The sleeping area has a sitting area and a coffee/tea corner, where you can make your own coffee and tea. The owners provide about 4 times coffee/tea per day. This is included in the price and does not include coffee/tea for breakfast.

Beds can be made up as desired(1x double with double comforter, 1x double with 2x single comforters or 2 single beds each with its own comforter) Bed linen and towels (bath) are included. Both are Optidee® quality.

The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, double sink, toilet (and bidet).

The OLIVE room is wheelchair-friendly, and therefore without a bidet.

A hair dryer, a closet with hangers, and a drying rack are provided.

A refrigerator with a small freezer compartment is also available.

Water bottles are provided in the refrigerator for the day of arrival.

Each room has a private terrace with plenty of privacy and a pergola with lounge chairs. Both terraces have a private pool (2x3 meters) with sunbeds and umbrella. There is plenty of space to enjoy the Tuscan sun, relax in the shade or cool off in the water. From both terraces there are beautiful views of the olive trees and hills.

Every day the rich buffet breakfast can be enjoyed on the terrace. The buffet is served in the farmhouse breakfast room, also gluten and/or lactose-free upon request. Bread, cheese, various cold cuts and sweet toppings can be chosen daily. Yogurt with homemade granola, honey and fresh fruit. And, of course, freshly squeezed orange juice. An egg will be prepared to your liking: hard-boiled or fried. Water will be ready on the table and the first cup of coffee or tea will be served according to your wishes. Afterwards, guests can prepare their own coffee-espresso-cappuccino or tea in our coffee/tea corner.

Breakfast is served between 8 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. The time is agreed with guests and according to their wishes, so that everything stays as fresh as possible. After 11 a.m., the breakfast terrace is no longer in common use.

Santa Fiora is a cozy and picturesque village with about 2,800 inhabitants. In the center is the fishpond with beautiful fish. There are also several bars and restaurants.

Santa Fiora is a mining village. For many years it worked in mercury mines. The mining museum is worth a visit. Miners are still often involved in the various activities in Santa Fiora. The song of the miners resounds through the streets of Santa Fiora.

In and around Santa Fiora you can go hiking and biking. There are several trails that start from Santa Fiora. You can choose the length and commitment of the route.

Santa Fiora is located at the foot of Mount Amiata, an extinct volcano . A visit to Mount Amiata is more than worthwhile. Hiking and biking trails have been laid out here as well . Theski lift takes you to the top of Mount Amiata, where the impressive cross is located . In winter, when there is snow, Mount Amiata invites skiing.

Siena can be reached in a good hour; for the beach, you can choose to go to the coast near Grosseto about an hour's drive away.

The hot springs of Santurnia and San Filippo are nearby, as is Lake Bolsena.

Tuscany would not be such without the wine roads. Think Chianti and Brunello. Montalcino, the home of Brunello, is a short drive away.

In October there is a chance to participate in the olive harvest. For about 3-4 days, we pick the olives and take them to the olive press at the end of the day. We end the day with a visit to the olive press. In the "olive picking" package, a delicious breakfast and lunch is served every day. From 4 p.m. onward, the day is free. Of course, each picker will receive a bottle of olive oil with the oil from the olives he or she harvested.
