Tuscany would not be such without the wine roads. Just think of Chianti and Brunello. Montalcino: the home of Brunello, is a short drive away.
In October there is a chance to participate in the olive harvest. For about 3-4 days, we pick the olives and take them to the olive press at the end of the day. We end the day with a visit to the olive press. In the "olive picking" package, a delicious breakfast and lunch is served every day. From 4 p.m. onward, the day is free. Of course, each picker will receive a bottle of olive oil with the oil from the olives he or she harvested.
