The agriturismo
The Farm "Il Bagnolo" is located near the ancient necropolis of "Roselle", which once extended its influence over much of the ancient Etruria, now Tuscany. Typically rustic style but with modern lines, the farm consists of apartments elegantly furnished rooms and delicious. The rural landscape provides the guests of rest and excursions in the farm environment, thus becoming an ideal place for nature lovers. In just 6 km from Grosseto, it’s strategic position allows to reach in fifteen minutes the sea, in twenty minutes Petriolo’s spa, and in half an hour summit of mount Amiata.
The accommodation
The farm has 3 apartments: L’Olivo (about 80 mq, first floor), composed of kitchen fully furnished, 2 double rooms, bath with shower.
La Vite (75 mq, first floor), composed of: kitchen fully furnished, one double room with sofa bed, single room, bathroom with tub.
Il Girasole (40 mq, ground floor with table and chairs in the garden), composed of: living room with a kitchenette, double room bath with shower.
We have also 2 double rooms with independent entry: Il Papavero (25 mq, ground floor), is a nice studio with kitchenette, double bed, a sofa bed, private bath with shower, table and chairs in the garden.
Il Grano, (ground floor) is the only double room with bath. It’s very spacious and it’s has table and chairs in the garden.
The premises have been renovated in keeping with the style and architectural tradition of farmhouses typical of the Tuscan countryside.
The furnishings are simple and comfortable rooms, attention to detail to make it possible for guests on holiday at the farm house Bagnolo, to spend a comfortable and relaxing.
The Il Bagnolo farm has also, at disposal of it’s Guests, a riding called “Centro Trekking Il Bagnolo” where you can learn classical riding school and mounting typical Maremma in addition to start trekking for children and adults.
We also have the possibility of organize horse’s trekking from 2 hours to 3 days, lunch and dinner included.
Activities and surrounding
The Maremma is one of the most beautiful and magic of Tuscany. This is most striking, crossing it, is the variety of its territory, never the same in his extended and rich multi-faceted.
The Maremma is a fresco of landscapes, rolling hills, fields stained by human labor, towns and villages, an alternation of sea and beaches that are a mosaic of land overflowing with timeless architecture. You may visit the Roselle’s archeological area, Saturnia’s spa, Grosseto’s city centre, sea and mountain and more.
