The agriturismo

In the D.O.C. Morellino di Scansano region, framed by the wine routes which criss-cross the Maremma hills, the agriturismo is the ideal base for exploring nature, history and archaeology, close to the Etruscan acropolises of Roselle and Vetulonia, the Uccellina Nature Park, and the beaches of Talamone, Principina, Marina and Castiglione della Pescaia.
 

The organic agriturismo spreads over around 30 hectares, cultivated with olive trees, cereals and sunflowers. The farm is particularly proud of the two types of extra virgin olive oil it produces, the first on site, and the second - the “Seggianese” - from olive groves located on the slopes of Mount Amiata.

The accommodation

The agriturismo offers comfortable apartments with kitchens, verandas and gardens. In more detail:

Leccino is tastefully furnished, with all the home comforts you could need, from a kitchen with 4-ring hob, oven, freezer, heating and air conditioning, 2 bathrooms, open fire, satellite TV, barbecue and swimming pool. 

Scuderia is a three-room apartment with 2 bedrooms, a lounge and 2 bathrooms.

Fienile is a two-room apartment with bedroom, lounge and bathroom.

Fienile+Mascalcia is a three-room apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

All guests also have access to the swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas.

Activities and surrounding

The agriturismo is just a short distance from the Pelagone Golf Resort, with its courses surrounded by pine, cypress and olive trees, as well as the Maremma Park and the Saturnia Spa Centre. On request, you can book horseback excursions and riding lessons too.
