The Giannini family will be happy to welcome you in its 2 holiday apartments or in the 4 rooms on the first floor, in all periods of the year, because the land of Maremma is beautiful to live with all seasons, for the changes of color, for the smells in the air and for the flavors that delight the palate.
The accommodation
On the first floor of the farmhouse Maremma Podere Oslavia, are ready to host the rooms furnished in rustic Tuscan style, all with independent bathrooms, terracotta floors, terraces equipped with solarium. Each room is arranged to ensure a wonderful view of the surrounding nature and all have a real livability for dimensions that touch the 22 square meters.
Equipped with a double bed, with the possibility of adding a cot for children, will guarantee you a restful and comfortable stay.
On the ground floor, instead, both the two apartments of the farmhouse have a courtyard of exclusive relevance, furnished with wooden tables and chairs, one of three rooms and the other of four rooms.
Activities and surrounding
At the foot of the Uccellina Mountains, in the Natural Park of Maremma, stands the Podere Oslavia, built in the 20s by the Opera Combattenti for the repopulation and reclamation of Maremma, owned by the Giannini family since '65, was completely renovated in '98 and designed for tourism still attentive to the old traditions of Maremma. The structure is located in the center of the Organic Farm of over 21 hectares of vineyards, olive trees and arable land, which is still "cared for" by the family with the same care and respect that were once used. The passion for rural life develops not only in the choice of Biologicality but also in the type of products treated: Oil, wine and fodder for the over 100 heads of Chianina PGI bred in the wild. Surrounded by a beautiful garden, with a playground for children, and fields as far as the eye can see from the terraces you can also observe the lush greenery of the scrub that climbs the Monte dell'Uccellina until you touch the tower of San Rabano.
