Your dogs are welcome in our apartments. In order not to cause discomfort to other guests, we ask that you respect the following regulations:
The presence of animals must be reported compulsorily at the time of booking.
There is an extra charge of 10€ per dog for end-of-stay cleaning.
In the studio apartment, being a rather small space, it is not possible to accommodate more than one dog: In the other apartments the maximum is two dogs each.
Please keep your pet free only at your own private space (apartment and outdoor space with closed gate).
In common areas, dogs must be kept on a 150 cm short leash at all times and be in the company of the owner, so they can never be left unattended. Dog owners must ensure that their pet does not invade other people's accommodation.
Owners are obliged not to leave their dogs alone in the apartments and take them with them.
Dog breeds and animals deemed dangerous or reported as such by the competent authorities are required to wear a muzzle in addition to a leash.
Any damage caused to third parties and facilities by animals is the complete responsibility of the owner and must be compensated by the owner before departure.
Guests are kindly requested not to let their four-legged friends do their physiological needs in the common garden in front of the apartments. In case this inadvertently happens, it is recommended, out of respect for other guests, to pick up the needs from the ground and, in case of pee, to throw water on it
