A deposit is required to confirm your booking, payable upon booking by credit card.
Payment and cancellation conditions:
Deposits will be returned in full in the case of cancellation more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
50% of your deposit will be returned in the case of cancellation within 30 days of your scheduled arrival date.
Deposits will be retained in the case of cancellation within 10 days of your scheduled arrival date.
In the case of bookings cancelled on the day of arrival or early departure, unused nights will not be reimbursed and the full cost of the booked stay will be payable.
Payment
The final payment is made during the check-in when we assign you the room/apartment. We accept the following payment methods: cash, Bancomat, Visa, Mastercard. Travellers cheques or personal cheques are not accepted.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in: 4:30pm- 7:00pm
Check-out: within 10:30am
If the check-in doesn’t respect this schedule an amount of 40,00€ will be charged for the check-in before the 9.00pm and 50,00€ for the check-in after 9.00pm.
The guests that would stay the whole day deferring the check-out at 6.00pm (instead of 10.30am) will pay a lump sum of 50,00€. This is possible only if the room/apartment is not already reserved.
Cleaning service
We consign to the guests of Boschi di Montecalvi a clean room provided with a complete supply of linen: bed sheets and three towels (bath towel, washcloth and personal towel) for each person.
The cleaning service is supplied with an additional cost. Particular instructions can be arranged with the guests that stay for a weekly or monthy period.
Other services
The guest’s stay is totally indipendent, they may enjoy all the areas of our property both the inner and external spaces. There’s no a reception service but all the staff will be helpful for your demands all day long. If you have a necessity during the night call this number 327 3556238
Damages
The Client is responsible to Boschi di Montecalvi for any damage caused to the allocated rooms or the furnishings or objects due to any act of neglicence or carelessness of the Client or of his own guests. In this case the Client authorizes Boschi di Montecalvi to debit the appropriate sum in order to fix the damages.
Identity document
Every Client is compelled to present a valid identity document at the arrival in Boschi di Montecalvi.
