Loc. Fossaccia 3, 57025 Piombino (Livorno) Code
A true oasis of peace near the Sterpaia Park: it was the managers' love for unspoiled nature that led them to open this new business, in the heart of the Etruscan Coast. The scents brought by the wind, the sun, the peace, the gastronomy make the experience at Vento Etrusco unique!
The agricamping is immersed in the countryside of the Tuscan Maremma, less than 2km from the sea (reachable on foot or by bicycle) and a few km from the major sites of interest in the area: breathtaking beaches, natural parks, arechological parks, historical villages, amusement or adventure parks... the choice is really wide!
The entire farm is designed to provide guests with a unique experience: sleeping surrounded by nature, hearing birdsong as they wake up and being warmed by the first rays of sunshine.
The facility provides:
- 8 Safari Tents with all facilities: bathroom (with shower, toilet and bidet), fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, veranda, satellite TV, Wi-fi, hot/cold air conditioning. Sheets and towels, bath towels, kitchen linens (tablecloth and dishcloths) with weekly change are available
- 8 Equipped pitches for campers, caravans and tents, bordered by hedges and flowers, with private bathroom and hot showers, electricity connection, water in the pitch, connection for satellite TV, free Wi-fi, barbecue area, private parking, discharge for chemical toilet, coin-free washer and dryer.
Main facilities include bicycles, swimming pool for children and adults with sunbeds and umbrellas, children's area, picnic area...
Sandy or rocky beaches and crystal-clear water. It is a sea full of history, that of the Etruscan Coast: a few meters from the shoreline in many beaches there is still the paving stone of the first route of the Via Aurelia, for an unusual walk through history.
The nearest beach is Perelli, inside the Sterpaia Coastal Park: fine white sand with clear waters, ideal for children. Pushing a little further on are beaches such as Carbonifera, Torre Mozza and Cala Violina... and again Baratti and its Buca delle Fate,Follonica and San Vincenzo.
But the sea is not everything! A few kilometers from the agricamping are some of the most characteristic villages in Tuscany: Campiglia Marittima, Suvereto and Bolgheri... villages of ancient origins that have preserved their original appearance, a plunge into the past in a unique atmosphere.
And then there are the parks: natural (such as those of the Val di Cornia or theWWF Orti - Bottagone Oasis), archaeological (such as the San Silvestro Archeominerario Park or the Baratti and Populonia Archaeological Park), entertainment (theAcqua Village in Follonica and the Cavallino Matto), adventure .. with many activities for sportsmen of all ages.
Also not to be overlooked is the food and wine aspect: it is enough to mention the wines of Bolgheri and Suvereto to give an idea of the best-known local products, but all of Tuscan cuisine is well represented by the many establishments that can be found around the farmhouse.
