The agriturismo
Splendid historical estate handed down from generations, immersed in the green of Tuscany.
We have 6 apartments of different sizes and an independent villa, for a total of 30 beds, which can also be booked together.
Each accommodation has an independent entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, a gazebo with table and chairs in the garden, to enjoy outdoor moments in your own space, and finally enjoys a magnificent view of the natural landscape that surrounds the entire property.
The accommodation
The lodging units are independent apartments, including a one-room apartment on the raised ground floor, a two-room apartment on the ground floor, three independent four-room apartments on the second floor, and a vacation house with three double bedrooms on the second floor, arranged on two levels, with spacious living areas on the ground.
Each accommodation provides guests with a private outdoor gazebo in the garden .
The farmhouse also consists of a totally independent cottage on two levels, with four bedrooms, three doubles and one twin, on the ground floor two living rooms, a study and a large kitchen, surrounded by a private courtyard.
The property has a beautiful infinity pool with continuous water changes and a breathtaking view of the natural landscape, next to the pool we find a magnificent tennis court, where long matches can be played for the most passionate, and also a small consecrated private church .
Other common areas of the estate are thebarbecue area,fitness area, andchildren's play area.
There is also a chicken coop on the property with geese, roosters and chickens that give delicious and fresh eggs to enjoy every day.
Parking available within the property, not on the street. Free Wi-Fi in the building.
Also on the property, available to guests, two large adjoining interior rooms used as a meeting room with projector and furnishings that can be used for any corporate events and a room for setting up events.
Possibility of organizing events on site.
The Fattoria Laviosa farm has more than 20 hectares of land, including a large truffle farm, a varied orchard and a large olive grove; in fact, it produces extra virgin olive oil, which can be purchased upon request.
The location is truly idyllic and excellent for relaxation and long walks in the woods, also with fabulous orchards, where fruits can be picked directly from the trees and enjoyed fresh.
Activities and surrounding
The estate is close to the major cities of Tuscany: Florence, Pisa, Volterra, Vinci, Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano, Lari... not to mention fabulous seaside resorts with both beaches(Castiglioncello, Vada and Tirrenia) and rocks(Marina di Pisa, Livorno and Romito).
The village of Fauglia is a small historic center that can be reached on foot in twelve minutes. In the central square, in summer it is the heart of the village, with a restaurant, a pizzeria, two bars, an ice cream store, and other small stores.
The village where Fattoria Laviosa is located is very quiet, and in summer it entertains its tourists with typical Tuscan village festivals, with traditional dishes and artisan banquets.
Within the village we have a very nice theater that often hosts some famous Italian actors and also an Alvaro Marioni furniture museum and a Giorgio Kienerk art museum.
All this life in a small, old village in the Pisan hills, a typical village in the Tuscan countryside.
To get around, the village of Fauglia is of course connected by public transportation such as buses, but the frequency of schedules is not that extensive, so we strongly recommend renting a car or staying with your own, taking advantage of a nice "on the road" trip to get to Fattoria Laviosa.

We spontaneously booked a week's vacation at Fattoria Laviosa. It was a wonderful stay all around. The hosts are very friendly and always available. Our apartment was very clean. The grounds are huge, there is a great pool and tennis court. We were satisfied all around.

Pleased to meet you, I am Rachele Sara Cassuto and I am 32 years old.
I have been doing this job for 3 years with my partner.
As well as we welcome the guests, we are responsible for communication, we take care of the crops.
It was a desire to to live in nature which led me to run an agriturismo.
Our guests especially like the chance to stay in a natural setting.
