The agriturismo

The farm and certified organic farm is a corner of rural life in the heart of Tuscany, where you can discover the daily contact with nature and learn about the farm animals and their habits. The farm has accommodation and also a swimming pool surrounded by greenery, a tree house, from which you can see migratory and resident birds in the woods behind the farmhouse, and a fenced lake with various species of wild ducks, which have always populated the wetlands of Tuscany, and several farm animals (sheep, goats, chickens, rabbits, turkeys and pigeons).

The accommodation

The farmhouse consists of four apartments totally independent of each other and with a view of the surrounding landscape. There are also four rooms that can accommodate up to four people each, also with views of the surroundings. Each room has its own bathroom, television and access to the pool The farm also has a swimming pool surrounded by greenery, a tree house from which you can see migratory and resident birds in the woods behind the farmhouse, and a fenced lake with various species of wild ducks, which have always populated the wetlands of Tuscany, and several farm animals (sheep, goats, chickens, rabbits, turkeys and pigeons).

Activities and surrounding

The agriturismo (which is involved with the Italian Farmers? Confederation project to introduce the younger generations to the agricultural world) has an educational farm aimed at schools, families, groups. The aim is to allow youngsters to find out more about the agricultural environment, the origin of food products, animal life. The farm is environmentally friendly (with organic production systems) and has a covered, heated reception. Guests can use one of 25 bicycles for excursions to the Fucecchio marshes and along the hiking routes nestled in the surrounding countryside. Cities of art such as Florence, Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano and Vinci are within easy reach.
