The farmhouse POGGIO ALLA CAVALLA consists of 5 Apartments and the Master House .

The Apartments - Orange, Blue, Yellow, Green and Red can accommodate up to 3 or 4 or 5 people,

The Master House - can accommodate up to 7 people.

THE APARTMENTS - Description.

They can accommodate up to 3 or 4 or 5 people, are located on the ground floor and equipped with independent entrance, independent heating, air conditioning, TV, WiFi Internet, dishwasher.

Their interior consists of:

- Living area with kitchenette (stove, electric oven, dishwasher, sink, refrigerator/freezer), complete with cooking drums for cooking and all utensils, dish and glassware service for 6 p., table and chairs, tablecloth, tea towels and dishcloths;

The living area also equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed supplied with linens and blankets.

Only the Red Apartment has a sofa but that is not a bed.

- Room with double bed in which an additional single bed can be added (only on request).

The room is furnished with typical Tuscan or modern furniture and furnishings and has a wardrobe closet, bedside tables, small table, chair or chest of drawers. The room is provided with linens and blankets.

- Bathroom equipped with shower stall, washbasin, toilet , bidet and hair dryer, provided with bath linen set for all guests.

All apartments have a clothesline, ironing board and iron; in addition, the farmhouse provides a washing machine.

Each apartment has outside a space equipped for outdoor dining, with table, chairs and umbrella, barbecue and also has its own parking space in the private parking of the farm.

THE MASTER HOUSE - Description

Mq.120 - can accommodate up to 7 people, is located on the ground floor equipped with separate entrance, independent heating, air conditioning, TV, WiFi Internet, dishwasher.

Its interior consists of:

A 'large kitchen area with large 5-burner stove top, 2-basin sink, dishwasher, American-style coffee maker, 8-drawer freezer column, 320lt refrigerator column, column with electric oven and microwave oven, wall units; complete with kitchen battery for cooking and all utensils, plate and glass service for 12 p., table and chairs, tablecloth and kitchen linens.

The living room area is equipped with a cabinet with countertop for TV and PC, a comfortable two-seater sofa bed. ( provided with linens and blankets )

On the First Floor are:

Two large bedrooms with double bed, one of which also has a single bed and one has a terrace with pool view; they are furnished in modern style with 6-door closet, chest of drawers and bedside tables. ( supplied with linens and blankets )

A comfortable and functional bathroom equipped with shower box, washbasin, toilet , bidet and hair dryer. ( towel set for all guests )

It also has clothesline, ironing board and iron; the 'farmhouse provides a washing machine.

Outside the Casa Master has a private garden equipped for outdoor dining; equipped with a gazebo with table, chairs and barbecue; also has its own parking spaces in the private parking lot of the farm.

The swimming pool (open from April 24 to October 10), is reserved only for the guests of the 'agriturismo; it was built in an open and well-sunlit area; it has a large terrace for sunbathing, equipped with a gazebo, shower, deckchairs, sunbeds, umbrellas and tables; from the terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside.

In the vicinity of the farm ( km 1/ km 2 ) there are: supermarkets, banks, post office, pharmacy, medical offices, public assistance, bars, restaurants and pizzerias etc.

welcome guests to the 'agriturismo and make sure they have a pleasant vacation. They also take care of the farm's vineyards and olive trees and the production of wine and oil, following the Organic Farming method;

Azienda Agricola Poggio alla Cavalla practices organic farming.

This type of agriculture allows a production of Chianti wine and extra virgin olive oil of quality that, in addition to being healthy and genuine, recall authentic flavors and are a guarantee of care for the environment and the welfare of consumers.

Our Organic Farming products for sale with us are:

CHIANTI D.O.C.G. wine made from selected Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Syrah and Malvasia grapes is recommended to accompany Tuscan-style appetizers and main courses of roasted, game and grilled meats.

VALDINIEVOLE WHITE wine, made from Trebbiano and white Malvasia grapes, served at a temperature of 8° and is recommended for appetizers, shellfish and fish dishes.

TUSCAN EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL obtained from Leccino, Moraiolo, and Frantoio olive fruits by solely cold mechanical processes.
The careful processing of the olives picked by hand at the right degree of ripeness guarantees and safeguards the precious organoleptic qualities; yellow in color with bright green reflections and with an intense and mellow, slightly fruity flavor, it is extraordinary on raw foods and also enhances the taste of dishes and characterizes them with its inimitable refinement of fragrances.
