- Tourist tax: € 1 per person per day, for a maximum of 7 days. Children up to 11 years of age exempt.

From the moment the reservation is accepted, in case of cancellation of the reservation by the customer, the following rules will be applied:
- In case of cancellation 30 days before the stay, the renter will be refunded up to 100% of the deposit paid;
- In case of cancellation 30 to 15 days before the stay, the renter will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost, including the deposit paid;
- In case of cancellation from 15 to 0 days before the stay, the renter will have to pay a penalty of 70% of the total cost including the deposit paid;
- In case of NO SHOW (no notice of cancellation, and no show for the stay) the renter will be charged 100% of the total cost.
