The agriturismo
The company is located on the gentle hills 6 km from Asciano, in the heart of the Crete Senesi, which boasts a wonderful view. The farm produces and sells typical cold cuts and cheeses, oil, honey, jams, organic dishes and wines (Brunello di Montalcino, Chianti, Nobile di Montepulciano).
The accommodation
The structure offers 2 apartments recently renovated, respecting the tradition, recovering the original terracotta and travertine. At guests' disposal also a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by greenery, a parking lot and barbecue. Services included: Bed linen and towels with weekly change, Hair dryer, Iron, Children's bed, Mountain bike (on request) Services with extra cost: Heating: on consumption euro 5/m3, Extra change of sheets: euro 5, Extra cleaning on request: euro 12/h, Car rental with driver - on request, Babysitter - on request. Check-in: from 15.00 onwards (agree with the manager) - Check-out: before 10.30 am On departure, the apartments must be tidy and clean, otherwise you may be required to pay 30 euros for extra cleaning. Pets: pets are welcome, but their presence must be agreed at the time of booking. Out of respect for the other guests, the animals may not be left free in the common areas. The owners are responsible for any damage caused by the animals, as well as cleaning inside the apartments and excrements that must be carried out outside the structure. TAX OF COMMON STAY: from April to October euro 0,50 per person for the first three nights.
Activities and surrounding
The area is full of possibilities: hunting, cycling or walking, fishing, trekking... At 15km the thermal baths of Rapolano are affiliated. A short distance from Asciano with shops, services (including bike rental), train station and restaurants. And then nature parks, museums and various historical-artistic sites. At 20km there are also the tracks of Go-Kart and motocross. Day trips are organized to Siena (20 km), Arezzo (40 km), Florence (90 km), Rome (180 km).
