On departure, the apartments must be tidy and clean, otherwise you may be required to pay 30 euros for extra cleaning.
Animals:
. Animals are welcome, but their presence must be agreed at the time of booking.
. Out of respect for the other guests, animals cannot be left free in the common areas.
. The owners are responsible for any damage caused by the animals, as well as for the cleaning inside the apartments and the excrements that must be carried out outside the structure.
MUNICIPAL STAY TAX: from April to October euro 0,50 per person for the first three nights.
