Elegant, Florentine-style villa in the heart of the Val d'Orcia, built in the second half of the 18th century on an earlier early medieval village linked to the route of the Via Francigena.
Surrounded by a park of holm oaks and cypresses and set on a hill in an extraordinarily panoramic position, the Palazzina is now a refined residence, conceived and furnished as a private villa where one can breathe in the history and graciousness of the past, open to guests and friends.
The villa can accommodate up to 28 beds.
On the ground floor are three large halls, two of which have pietra serena fireplaces and one with a piano. The halls allow direct exit to the semicircular terracotta solarium. Also on the ground floor is a master bedroom with private bathroom with shower.
Also on the ground floor is a study, a cozy bar area with a professional espresso machine, and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, two refrigerators, a freezer, electric oven, microwave, 2 kettles, 2 toasters, and juicer. On the ground floor there is also an ironing room/wardrobe, a small card room with TV, billiard room, fitness room, relaxation room with table tennis, and a bathroom with shower.
On the second floor, three double rooms and five double rooms, one of which has a large panoramic terrace , each with a private bathroom with shower. On the low ground floor is a large relaxation room and satellite TV with exit to the pool side, as well as a twin room, a double room, a bathroom with bathtub, and a service bathroom. The villa is equipped with a laundry room and pantry. Pets are allowed, with pleasure.

Enriching the historic park is a beautiful infinity pool (mt 6×12), barbecue area with gazebo, hot tub next to the pool, outdoor area with games and volleyball court. There is excellent Wi-Fi, both inside and outside the building, including the pool area. The villa has a safe, private parking, large park with holm oaks and cypress trees.
The Val d'Orcia, included in the World Heritage List in 2004, represents a unique combination of art and nature, a harmonious landscape where man has respected rather than altered. The testimony of how humanized landscape and natural landscape can live in harmony, the beauty of a land rich in testimonies, crossed by theancient Via Francigena still traveled on foot and by bicycle by enthusiasts from all over the world.
Today the Val d'Orcia is represented by a rural landscape, the result of the work of our elders, mainly cultivated with cereals with alternating vineyards and olive trees. Extraordinary are the chromatic variations of our land, never the same, always breathtakingly beautiful.
