If you love cycling, the panoramic roads will give you unique emotions. Just 20 minutes from the Petriolo Spa, where you can relax in the natural springs. Perfect for a break, trekking, relaxation or smart working. We are waiting for you!
Our 4 apartments, ideal for accommodating 2 to 4/5 people, offer a warm welcome and a peaceful atmosphere, featuring a private garden and fully independent entrance. Each apartment is equipped with a living room with kitchenette, one or two bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower, all furnished and fully equipped for maximum comfort during your stay.
Pets are welcome, with a small additional charge. Additionally, guests can make use of the barbecue (wood and charcoal not included) for enjoyable outdoor moments. A washing machine is available for an extra fee, but not in all apartments.
We will be happy to welcome you in person! The owner, Graziano, will invite you to visit his WINE CELLAR-MUSEUM, where you can discover the history of the building dating back to the 1300s and admire a photographic exhibition on rural culture. During the year, guests also have the chance to participate in activities such as the grape harvest and olive picking, offering an authentic experience of local traditions.
For nature lovers, a path running along the vineyard leads to the top of Poggio Tondo Hill, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Siena and the surrounding countryside.
We will be happy to suggest the most interesting itineraries to explore the surrounding countryside and discover the area's most important historical, architectural, and artistic sites.
In our village, one of the main attractions is the Romanesque Church of San Giovanni Battista (Pieve di San Giovanni Battista), dating back to 1031. Inside, you can admire two paintings by Alessandro Casolani: The Annunciation and The Adoration of the Shepherds, as well as a polychrome terracotta sculpture depicting Saint Agatha, attributed to Carlo di Andrea Galletti.
Farm Activities
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to observe the agricultural activities that take place throughout the year. You can watch the harvest during the grape harvest season (from September to October) and see how the grapes are collected and the first stages of winemaking. In the autumn, you can also observe the olive harvest, an experience that shows the care and dedication involved in the production of olive oil.
