Restaurant: in our typical restaurant (at Villa Palagetto) guests can enjoy traditional Tuscan food with a variety of choices. Possibility to organize dinner in villa with private chef, BBQ party, pool party, pizza party with our team (all these services are available upon request at the booking moment)

Payment and Cancellation Terms
Payment terms In order to secure your booking for our rooms and/or apartments, we require a deposit of 30% of the rental cost to be paid by bank transfer or by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) The balance of 70% is to be paid on departure from the property.
Cancellation Terms
- until 60 days before the arrival date: your deposit will be refunded in full, with no further loss;
- from 59 days to 31 days before the arrival date, your deposit will not be refunded, with no further loss.
- from 30 days to 15 days before the arrival date, your deposit will not be refunded and a loss of 50% of the rental cost could apply;
- from 14 days before the arrival date, your deposit will not be refunded and a loss of 100% of the rental cost could apply.
- In case of no show or advanced departure, the deposit will not be refunded and a loss of 100% of the rental cost could apply.
Shortening the period of your stay will be considered a cancellation. Not refunded deposit can be used for a future stay at Agriturismo Niccolai (if available) within 6 months from cancellation. Loss for cancellation cannot be refunded.
