In order to secure your booking for our rooms and/or apartments, we require a deposit of 30% of the rental cost to be paid by bank transfer or Credit card (Visa or Mastercard). The balance is to be paid on departure form the property.
Cancellation Terms
Here is our cancellation policy for our rooms and apartments:
until 30 days before the arrival date,
your deposit will be refunded in full, with no further loss;
from 29 days to 15 days before the arrival date,
your deposit will not be refunded, and you can use it for a future stay at Agriturismo Niccolai within 6 months from cancellation (subject to availability);
from 14 days to 3 days before arrival, loss of 50% of the rental cost;
from 2 days before arrival, loss of 100% of the rental cost;
no‐show and early departure: loss of 100% of the of the rental cost.
Shortening the period of your stay will be considered a cancellation.
