The complex of rural buildings, which extends on the top of a hill at over 500 m above sea level in a privileged position in front of Gubbio, consists of different housing solutions on one or two floors and an ecological salt water swimming pool.
The accommodation
Cozy residence of the 15th century. Rich in charm, it is a stone restored house preserving the original architecture characteristic of agricultural civilization but with innovative technological solutions aimed at the use of energy and water resources. The complex of rural buildings, which extends over the top of a hill to over 500 mt above the sea level, in a privileged position opposite Gubbio, is made up of several residential solutions and an eco-friendly salt water pool. The accommodation is immersed in a larger green area and is totally accessible to disabled guests. The cottage offers several accommodation solutions, in four self contained apartments and two double bedrooms, finely furnished with precious furnishings. The first apartment, Monticelli 2, of 50 m² (living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom for disabled) offers accommodation solutions for 2-4 people. The second, Monticelli 3, 80 m² (living room with sofa bed, fireplace, kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms) can accommodate 4-6 people. Ancient outdoor wood furnace (19th century). The two apartments can be joined in a single large unit, Monticelli 1, for 8-10 people. A second wing of the structure offers two apartments, Monticelli 4 and Monticelli 5, each of 70 m² (living room with sofa bed, kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms), with accommodation solutions for 2-6 people.

Montelujano occupies a privileged position for excursions on foot, by bike or on horseback within the estate itself or in nearby naturalistic areas, or itineraries with planned destinations.
