The agriturismo

Situated on the hill at the border between Umbria and Tuscany, 10 Km from Trasimeno lake, the location is an old farm-house, surrounded by centuries old trees, which has been completely re-decorated fully respecting its original structure, on 6 hectares of land being cultivated with biological methods.

The accommodation

The farmhouse consists of 5 apartments, with 1 or2 bedrooms, living/dining room with equipped kitchen area, color TV and fireplace, private bathroom with shower and heating and an outdoor private shaded space with table and chairs.
The rural furniture, well in harmony with the simple and warm country enviroment, is perfectly matched to the wooden ceiling but still providing all comforts of a modern facility.

The agriturism offers to its guests: swimming-pool 5*15*1,5 with solarium, garden, playground for childrens, tennis table, barbecue, open air equiped spaces, parking.
Surrounded by olive trees, vine yards, wheat fields, sunflowers and maize which together create a colorfull view with the changing of the seasons.


 

Activities and surrounding

Within a range of approximately 50 Km are the most beautiful artistic towns of Umbria and Toscana. We provide our guests with all the material you need to spend a wonderful holiday in the Lake Trasimeno and the most beautiful areas of Umbria. Softly rolling hills on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, a special sort of light and eight charming villages, each one unique unto itself. A landscape characterised by the serene presence of Trasimeno Lake, by towns steeped in history, in art, culture and genuine flavours. Time goes by slowly at Trasimeno Lake. Trails and paths crisscross the woods and hills, breathtaking views featuring the deep blue of the lake appear below and the landscape is dotted with towns and hamlets, precious and timeless treasure boxes of a culture and tradition which is still alive. It is also in a very strategic position from which to strike out on excursions to some of the most beautiful art cities of central Italy: Perugia (30 min.), Assisi (45 min.), Gubbio, Siena, Florence, Arezzo, Orvieto, Rome... The famous park of attraction for kids "Città della domenica" near Perugia, is about 30minutes from the farmhouse.  

Guests can enjoy local products offered with refinement and good taste in the room with fireplace or, in summer, outdoor, under the incredible starry sky.
