The agriturismo

The agriturismo activity is structured in a finely renovated stone farmstead, where attention to details and unique architectural lines make the accommodation perfect for a pleasant stay.
The agriturismo offers its guests a pleasant and extremely relaxing atmosphere.

The accommodation

The 9-hectare farm is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, orchards and redcurrant, blackberry, blueberry and raspberry bushes.

The agriturismo offers hospitality in four typical apartments and includes a spacious double room with bathroom. The accommodation preserves the unique architecture and typical rural ceilings, floors, doors and windows.

The apartments are named after some apple varieties and are fitted with fully-equipped kitchens (sink, gas cooktop, electric oven, refrigerator and dishwasher), private bathroom with shower, independent heating, Sat-TV and safe deposit box.

The simple, deliberately restrained décor comes with handcrafted furniture. The apartments have their own independent entrance and an outdoor area equipped with tables, chairs and sunbeds.

Guests have use of the swimming pool (14x6 m, max depth 1.40 m.), the children’s playground, a summer vegetable garden, the barbecue and the hillside lake where they can go fishing, natural habitat of tenches, carp and goldfish. Farm products are available for sale in the agriturismo.

Activities and surrounding

Anyone who decides to stay in the agriturismo can relax with long walks through the green bushland, participate in mountain bike excursions, or take guided tours to discover the charm of the main towns in Umbria.  

Tennis courts and five-a-side football fields are nearby, along with a horse-riding centre, a minimarket where visitors can buy local Umbrian products with a 10% discount offered to agriturismo clients.
Just a few dozen kilometres away, it is possible to admire cities of art like: Perugia, Assisi, Todi, Orvieto, Spoleto.
