- Cancellation in Low Season: cancellation is free of charge until the day before arrival. Cancellations in all other periods: cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days before arrival, between 6 days and 2 days before arrival, cancellation is free of charge up to the 50% of the booking value, from 1 day before arrival the booking is charged 100%.
- The balance is due upon check-out.
- Children up to 6 years old sleeping with parents are entitled to free stay and breakfast. From the age of 7 there is an extra charge of € 20.00 per day, including breakfast and extra bed (provided that a third bed can be added to the room).
- The extra bed for adults has a cost of € 20.00 per day, including breakfast (provided that a third bed can be added in the room).
- Almost all rooms allow dogs, with a small supplement for extra cleaning, which varies depending on the size of the dog and the length of stay. Please ask for more information.
ECO-SUSTAINABILITY
- Room cleaning is provided every 2 days. Daily cleaning is possible on request, for a fee.
- Linen is changed once a week. It is possible to ask for clean towels more frequently, at no extra cost. A more frequent change of bed linen is possible on request, for a fee.
- It is possible to have dinner on request, except in some periods. Please report your needs at the time of booking to agree the best solution.
OTHER SERVICES AND HOUSE RULES
- Use of the kitchen is intended for the staff of the farmhouse. Only in case of booking the farmhouse exclusively for a single group different solutions can be evaluated .
- Heating is always included in the rates, with the exception of the reservation of the farmhouse exclusively for a single group, where additional costs may be expected, to be agreed with the owners.
- In order to ensure the best experience for all Guests, between 11pm and 9am, everyone is requested to use a low tone of voice and to limit noise, even inside the rooms.
