Prices include: full use of electric appliances and kitchenware; water, electricity and gas consumption; bed linen, towels and kitchen towels changed weekly (on request); final cleaning; use of the swimming pool and the equipped garden (umbrellas, sunbeds, tables, chairs).
Terms of Payment: you can pay the balance cash, PayPal or by all the main credit cards.
Deposit: 50,00 EUR to be paid on arrival.
Documents: the personal data forms must be filled in by guests immediately on arrival and handed in to the owner, who will forward them to the police (as required by Italian law).
Check-in: Saturday (or the day of arrival) from 4pm
Check-out: Saturday (or the day of departure) within and not later than 10am.
Swimming pool opening: 1º May - 1º October.
Overnight stay: unregistered people are not allowed to stay overnight.
