Guests are asked to follow only the directions on the website to reach the facility (navigators are discouraged).
Prices include water, electricity and gas consumption, bathroom, kitchen and bed linen (changed weekly), use of swimming pool, mountain bikes, barbecue, ping pong, playground, walking trails, farm with animals, soccer field, mini golf, bowling alley, billiards, covered parking, wifi use.
N.B THE STAY TAX is 1.20 EURO PER PERSON PER DAY.
Prices do not include final cleaning: compulsory expense to be paid at the property with the owner, in addition to the expected balance Cleaning Two-room apartment: 30.00€; Cleaning Three-room apartment: 50.00€ (excluding kitchenette).

Meals**:cost of a 4-course set menu (excluding beverages): 35 euros per person (children from 3 to 9 years pay per consumption or have a 30% discount) .
Meals are always served in the farmhouse restaurant(not at the castle) and always by reservation.
The castle restaurant opens a couple of times a week from June to September and for special occasions.
N.B. To reach the estate there is 3.5 km of dirt road. Feel free to ask for more information when booking.
