The agriturismo
Spending a stay at Tara means appreciating moments of tranquility in the quiet of nature, a few kilometers from the beautiful town of Amelia.
Tara is an old stone farmhouse surrounded by olive trees, fruit trees, vineyards and sown fields, immersed in a farm of 7 hectares.
The oil produced by the farm olive grove with the possibility to buy in various sizes.
The property also consists of an independent cottage and a beautiful summer swimming pool available to guests.

The accommodation
Guests are welcomed in the main building in exclusive rooms, each with its own flavor, equipped with bathroom, hairdryer, courtesy set, air conditioning / heating, safe, kettle for tea and herbal tea to enjoy in privacy. Wi-fi available in common areas.
Homemade breakfast for guests in B&B rooms.
The rooms:
Red Room: double bed - bathroom with shower.
Lavender Room: double bed - bathroom with tub. (possible sofa bed 1.70 m long for a child).
Green Room with Mansard: double/quadruple room - bathroom with shower.
For those who prefer the use of the kitchen for breakfast and meals, there is a new independent cottage for 4 people surrounded by olive and fruit trees a few meters from the main building. Particularly suitable for families or long stays, the Cottage with air conditioning/heating consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a twin/double bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower, (one of which is also accessible to disabled people), Wi-Fi, porch equipped with table, chairs and barbecue for pleasant outdoor meals. The Cottage is surrounded by a private garden for the exclusive use of its guests.

For the more sporty it is possible to rent e-bikes in the surrounding areaand to book horse riding in a nearby riding school.
Themed weekends (grape harvest, olive picking...) and courses in floral decoration, recovery and decoration of objects from the past, languages and typical cuisine are organized. Details and prices on request.
The farmhouse is a starting point to visit the most beautiful places in Umbria, starting from the town of Amelia, with its Archaeological Museum, the Roman Cisterns, the Polygonal Walls and the season of Prose at the old Teatro Sociale; a few kilometers Narni (20 km) with Narni Sotterranea, Terni and Marmore Falls (36km) with the possibility of hiking and rafting, with agreements. Easily reachable the cities of art: Orvieto(40km), Civita di Bagnoregio, Todi (40km), Assisi (90km), Perugia (76km), Spoleto (54km), Florence (180km), Rome (90km), Viterbo (40km).
