Immersed in the typical and reassuring atmosphere of the Paduan countryside, lulled by the inimitable landscape of the Venetian lagoon, the farm is a unique opportunity to stay in an unspoilt corner of the Veneto.
The accommodation
Swamp Straw is a large apartment on the second floor, with a large kitchen, large window overlooking the front garden to the structure. The kitchen is fully equipped with table, refrigerator, oven, four induction hobs, sink and dishes. It has two bedrooms, one twin and the other double are located on the third floor, easily reached by a convenient internal staircase. The bathroom is equipped with a shower stall, hair dryer and bath linens.
Giunco Marino is a lovely apartment with a large kitchen on the ground floor, overlooking the garden and vineyard, and with independent access from the property. The kitchen has: table, refrigerator, oven, four induction hobs, sink, dishes and a small sitting area with a sofa. The bedroom is located on the second floor and is equipped with a double bed, bed linen bedside tables closet and a small table. A crib or single bed can be added upon request. Bathroom equipped with a shower stall, hair dryer and towels.
Activities and surrounding
Our farmhouse has a spacious and welcoming living room that overlooks, thanks to the large windows, the garden. Here our customers can relax and enjoy all the various services offered but also simply enjoy the outdoor landscape. In the immediate circumstances of the farm are unique places like the Millecampi Valley, an example of particular and unspoiled beauty in terms of landscape. Like the Morosina Valley, with its fishing valleys and typical "casoni" (fishermen's huts). Like the lagoon eaves in Fogolana and Boschettona, not forgetting the areas reclaimed for agriculture in Conche with its crops (asparagus and radicchio) of undisputed and certified value. The agritourism, just twenty kilometres from cities of art such as Padua and Venice, is also geographically strategic because it can be used as a starting point for easy access to nearby towns (Chioggia with the beaches of Sottomarina, the Riviera del Brenta, the Colli Euganei Nature Park, the thermal baths of Abano and Montegrotto, the Po Delta Park, etc.) for a complete and unparalleled cultural, environmental and service offer.
