Included in the price: water, electricity, gas, wi-fi, weekly cleaning, final cleaning, weekly change of linen, bathroom linen set, kitchen linen set, bedroom linen set. For Bencontenta it is also included: 3 hours daily cleaning from Monday to Saturday from 10AM to 1PM (except bank holidays), pool towels.
Extra charges:
- heating on consumption (except from Torretta apartments)
- air conditioning (except from Torretta apartments, Aster and Tempietto)
- wood for the fireplace;
- pets;
- extra bed where available.
Upon request and free of charge: baby bed, high chair.
Payment conditions: 30% of the rent has to be paid at the moment of the booking, by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or by bank transfer, net of commission charges, the balance has to be paid at the arrival.
Security deposit: Upon arrival you will be asked to leave a deposit of € 250,00 (for guests of Lieta, Aster and Tempietto) or € 700,00 (for guests of Bencontenta) in cash or by credit card, to cover any damages.
