Arrival&Departure: you will be expected between 4 and 7 pm. The day of your departure we would kindly ask you to leave the house by 9 am. In case of late check in or late check out a fee of 30 € may be charged.
Security Deposit: upon arrival guests are requested to make a security deposit of EUR 250,00 (cash or Traveller’s checks). At the end of the stay the deposit will be returned, unless it has to be used partly or fully for any damage.
Welcome: upon arrival in your house you will fin 1 bottle of wine, 1 bottle of mineral water.
Equipment: all houses are equipped with a washing-machine & dishwasher,
Pool: guests of La Montecchia can use the olimpic sized pool in the adjacent golf club from Tuesday to Friday 10.30 am – 7.30 pm at 8€ per person (children are free till the age of 4). An above ground pool (4,50 m) is available in the garden of la Montecchia, the garden is equipped with sunbeds and parasols.
Heating: not included in the rental fee. The cost is calculated per stay and it depends on the period, on the number of nights and on the apartament booked. Please ask a quotation for that.
