Agriturismo Valgrande

Family-run farm in a small island of tranquility in the heart of Polesine. It offers educational activities and paths designed to understand the agricultural activity, the life of animals and the ecosystem.

Monica and Alberto personally take care of the management, adhering to the disciplinary wanted byAgriturist (Ristoro Agrituristico Conviviale).

The farmhouse offers hospitality to its guests in5 rooms and a swimming pool in the garden, for outdoor relaxation.

The farmhouse offers 5 rooms with private bathroom and air conditioning, furnished with family furniture.
The room of the Owl, with the beds of the grandparents, suitable for families with children; the room of the Blackbird, with a large terrace; the rooms of the Rooster and the Peacock,with single iron beds and the room of theNightingale,
in Art Nouveau style, with a large terrace and fireplace.

In the multi-purpose room, with a capacity of 30 people, are served traditional Venetian dishes related to seasonality based on salami and meats produced on the farm, homemade egg pasta, rice and polenta.
 

For those who want to enjoy moments of leisure and relaxation, in the garden there is a private pool for the exclusive use of guests.

WELCOME

- We may adopt remote registration systems to avoid crowds at check-in

- Masks are available to guests upon request

- Items provided to guests (bicycles) are sanitized before each use

- Cleaners are provided with personal protective equipment (disposable gloves, mask, cap and shoes suitable to be sanitized) as needed

- The manager and staff are adequately informed and trained on how to behave and the measures to be taken if a person present on the farm has a fever and symptoms of respiratory infection

ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS

- The respect of the interpersonal distance and of the other measures and dispositions given by the authorities is facilitated by information signs and/or delimitation of the spaces

- At the disposal of the guests one or more stations with disinfectant gel for the hands

- In the common areas, the floors, the furniture and all the elements that come into repeated contact with the guests (handles, push buttons

- Accommodations and their keys are sanitized as well as cleaned before welcoming a new guest

- At least 24 hours elapse between the end of the stay of guests in a specific accommodation and the entry of subsequent guests

FOOD AND BEVERAGES

- Tables are placed so that guests are at least three feet apart, except for family units or people sharing the same accommodation

- Tablecloths or tablecloth covers are replaced each time a guest changes

- Food is served by table service

- All plates, cutlery and glasses are washed and disinfected in the dishwasher, including those not in use, if there is a chance they have been touched by guests or staff

Important is the didactic activity in the farm: during the day everything becomes a pretext to do food education with a snack of bread and honey.

In an hour's drive you can visit several cities of art: Venice, Padua, Verona, Mantua, Bologna, the great area of the Po Delta with the possibility of boat trips with local guides.

For those who love to relax, in 40 minutes you can reach the Euganean Hills, the thermal baths of Abano and Montegrotto, in 30 minutes Ferrara and Rovigo, the Venetian villas, period buildings, ancient convents in the small towns of Polesine such as Canda, Fratta Polesine, Lendinara, Badia Polesine and Trecenta.
